Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.

If you need to return a product, please read below for instruction, as by purchasing products from our website, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and the returns policy.

If you want to return a product, there is NO need to email or contact us, please just follow instruction below.

IMPORTANT: Whatever the reason for the return, please add a covering letter briefly explaining why you are returning the product, your order number and FULL contact details. By doing this will help The SportsRobe team deal with your request as fast as possible.

ALSO, we strongly advise to send any product back via recorded delivery (So a TheSportsRobe  staff member has to sign so there is proof of delivery).

Unfortunately, items do go missing in the post and if we do not receive a product  The SportsRobe  cannot be held responsible.

Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of any purchase and must be in the same packaging with no damage to the product and or packaging, as our terms and conditions state.  The SportsRobe  also reserves the right to refuse to deal with any product(s) that are dirty, so please clean any product before returning to avoid any delays.

Once receiving a returned item a member of our staff will check the product and get back to you accordingly. This can take up to five (3) days of receiving, (weekends do not count re the 3 days), however we always endeavour to deal with returns same day.

Emailing In Product Images:  The SportsRobe  will not refund or replace any product on images emailed in. For a refund or replacement to be considered, the products must be returned to  The SportsRobe  warehouse (s) below.

IMPORTANT: The above is not a shop or an address where people can visit, as our warehouse(s) are deep within a secured industrial compound with 24/7 security. So please do not personally visit or try to drop off your parcel as unfortunately you will be unsuccessful as security (which is out of our control) cannot and will not allow public access.
